Welcome to the Real Love Ready Substack

At Real Love Ready, our mission is to help you have better, more satisfying relationships with the people closest to you.

For years, we’ve been bringing you conversations with the world’s best relationship experts through the Let’s Talk Love podcast, our In Bloom summit, weekly Instagram Lives, and community gatherings. We’ve built a joyful learning community where people show up as themselves, learn from trusted teachers, and support each other in getting better at love.

This Substack is the next step in that journey.

It’s a space for deeper exploration, thoughtful reflection, and curated learning—created for people who want to approach their relationships with more care, awareness, and intention. It’s designed for slower, more intentional engagement, a place to sit with relationship insights longer, explore what our community is navigating together, and really integrate what we’re learning.

Most of us assume we’ll just know how to navigate relationships—that it’s somehow obvious or innate. But where do we actually learn how to communicate our needs? How to navigate conflict? How to build intimacy that lasts?

The truth is, relational skills are learned skills.

And that’s great news, because it means we can all get better at love.

We’re curators and co-learners, with you in this experience. Each week, we publish thoughtful writing that helps you make sense of what you’re learning about love and relationships - bringing you insights from the experts you already follow and fresh faces you’ll want to add to your list. From Gabor Maté on trauma and healing to Esther Perel on sex and intimacy and Drs. John and Julie Gottman on marriage and family dynamics, we bring you the real conversations that get to the heart of what makes relationships joyful, challenging, and fulfilling.

Some posts dive into themes from the Let’s Talk Love podcast. Others explore what our community is navigating. All of it is grounded in real life—the messy, beautiful, complicated reality of building connection. And because we’re learning together, you’ll feel less alone in what you’re figuring out.

This isn’t about quick fixes or relationship hacks.

It’s about building a real toolkit you can draw from when it matters most.

What To Expect

We're excited to build on this platform and respond to what the community needs. Right now, you can expect one weekly post—considered, not rushed. This is a space you return to when you need it.

Who This Is For

If you’re here, you’re probably asking yourself the same question many of us are: How do I do this better?

Maybe you’re single and navigating the dating world. Maybe you’re partnered and working through challenges. Maybe you’re divorced and rebuilding. Maybe you’re just trying to show up better in all your relationships—with your partner, your family, your friends, yourself.

You want insights that feel warm, non-judgmental, and actually practical. You want to feel more equipped, more connected, and more grounded. And you want to be part of a community that’s figuring this out together, not a place that pretends to have it all figured out.

You get to decide what’s a fit for you and leave the rest.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to love, and we’re not here to pretend there is.

If this resonates, we’re really glad you’re here. Subscribe to get weekly reflections, curated expert insights, and tools you can use in real time.
